What is the
Connections Summit?
It's a unique gathering of leaders of non-profit organizations who are engaging at all scales to organize and advocate for a healthy environment for all.
This summit is the second annual convening bringing leaders of this strength and reach together in service of building a more powerful, inclusive, and effective movement.
At the 2025 Connections Summit, Maryland Governor Wes Moore delivered a keynote address about the power of state legislators to defend environmental protections.

Why attend?
Learn
Last year's expert sessions covered key questions on organizational safety and security, best practices for crisis communications and navigating new legal requirements. Breakout panels allowed participants to dive in greater depth on topics ranging from building clean water campaigns with marginalized communities, what the movement can expect from the Supreme Court, and philanthropy trends.
Connect
Over 129 leaders of environmental organizations and philanthropic organizations convened in 2025. Projects and collaborations have spun out of their initial conversations, making our movement's connective tissue stronger. We are excited to expand the Summit in 2026 to invite an even more diverse group of leaders to participate.
